Some good places to visit such as the trampoline Park and crazy golf, but the main atrium feels soulless and empty. This place has so much potential as an entertainment hub but always feels somewhat lacking. I hear that it is a no-go spot at night but we always visit in the daytime.
Such a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites. The suite was spacious, incredibly well fitted and in a great location for our weekend away. The staff were all super friendly, welcoming and made it feel like nothing was too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend.
Great stadium for cricket matches T20 finals, difficulty getting in on match day large queues but good facilities inside all roads closed so getting a taxi after game you have to walk to we’re the road is open and it’s very busy pre order if possible.
Nice place. Great restaurants and play places for children. Good place also for family outings and dinner.
It's a good place to visit. We went to nandos and the serving staff were horrible with along wait time to get in to sit down.

The hospitality is very good and the food taste really good. I love the secret garden restaurant. It has a bar restaurant as well which is accessible till early morning. I can say that it is one of the best Hyatt hotels I have stayed or visited.
This was the venue for my organisation's annual conference. It was easy to get to from the city centre. It's a nice looking building and spacious. The toilets were clean and l had a lovely time in this place.
It also felt as if the em linha orders were being catered to first than in house customers. For a big complex like star city, the nandos restaurant was very small and added to the seating issues.
We had booked a double King and our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. The view from our hotel room was exquisite with the Library of Birmingham and the Christmas rides being lit up in front of it.

First incident, husband had Nottingham slots chips just taken away from him with pelo explanation at the roulette wheel. When they played the footage back they said he had been overpaid that’s why the chips were just taken! pelo form of apology for “their” error and it killed them to explain why and it was as if they didn’t need to! Second incident was when I was playing the roulette table, a lady to my right asked the croupier where her five pound chip had gone, they said they will check their footage. Next thing I know I’m approached by a female member of staff who asked me if I was aware that I’d taken this ladies chip and I said no, she explained that they’d watched me do it!
